Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, OYU Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the package and product immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at with your order number and photos.
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
